At The PetCot Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
